Summer has (despite the current wet weather!) started and the gardeners among us like to make sure everything is looking and growing well in our gardens. While gardening is GREAT for mind, body and soul, it can sometimes come with its potential risks, particularly for back pain. Much of the tasks in the garden require bending, kneeling, and twisting the spine and all these movements over a prolonged period can sometimes end up in back pain.
